So I'm hearing a lot about Parkinson's and emotions. Quick to anger and overall emotional reactions seem to be part of this disease. Oh goody! And I thought it was just me. Well it is as good that there is a reason that is physical in nature and not just “being sensitive” (although I still think that plays a role).
I can't explain it, at times it all just seems overwhelming and not possible to manage. Talk about not seeing the forest for the trees! The details seem so huge and abundant, it feels like a solution is unreachable. Thank God for my family and loved ones that help me take a step back and take one item at a time.
Quote of the day:
How do you eat an elephant?
One bite at a time!
Thank you for being patient with me. I'll do my best, but it looks like the roller coaster is here to stay.
