Day Three - 21 Day Fix!

Day 3 of my new lifestyle.


I am looking forward to the morning shakes, not the workouts quite yet but that will come. Yesterday was not a good day, small things affect you in such big ways when you are negotiating with our friend ‘Parkinson’s Disease’, let alone big things. So I didn’t workout yesterday, because I spent the whole day “off”. but I will make it up today. Plus I have lost 2 pounds, and I haven’t even changed my diet that much!



Now that is motivation!
