Day one. Won and done.

Well I got my box finally last night. I guess it’s time to get going. So… I started today and am excited feel the transformation. I just want to be able to be strong so I can take care of myself a little longer.

So let’s get started!


It all starts off with Greenberry Shakeology. I added a cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 peach, half of a banana, and half of a nectarine; the shakeology and some ice in the blender (well actually, my mom did it) LOL. I had enough energy until lunch.


I just got done with the day one exercise recording for 21 Day Fix with Autumn. I made it through the whole workout! I had to modify a little, by holding on and going a little slower, but I did it! Should I tell you about the sweat pooling between my boobs? Or how ladylike the frog crunches are? I think I’ll leave that out this time.


Now off to the stairs for some more lunges…
