For some people the tremor is helpful, but for others not so much. It’s the 2nd group that I’m talking too. We may slow down but the plaque and yuckies don’t.
. So why not let technology take you away and solve this problem. Low and behold: the electric toothbrush!
it’s a simple daily task, brushing our teeth. We do it every day without thinking about it. We learned our good habits young, and just kept following them until we are old; then your diagnosed with Parkinson’s and everything changes.
Electric Toothbrush
gotta get'em clean!!!
Brushing your teeth for 2 minutes is necessary, but you have to move your hand quickly to accomplish this. Or you can leave your hand in one place and let the head go crazy and kill those germs. Such an easy addition, no effort and what a difference not to have to struggle with this first thing in the morning
I am pretty sure you can just find a toothbrush that works best for you; there are lots of options. I have been using the Oral-B CrossAction Rechargeable and I love it. It has made such a difference in my gum health and overall mouth cleanliness, not to mention my dentist visits.
You should try it and ease your life a little.
